SHINE Yoga for Teens

Join us for an inspiring and fun 10-week program to help teen girls shine as they live their potential. SHINE Yoga offers a heart-centered, yoga-based curriculum that integrates goal setting, journaling, facilitated discussion, and movement.

Mentorship

We work 1:1 with clients in our Launch into Leadership program. Individual sessions and package are catered to the specific needs of each client and are available to young women throughout the United States.

Custom Workshops for Your Team or Organization

Let us create custom experiences for your athletic team or organization. We work with teen girls and young adults, as they cultivate their sense of self, body image, self-esteem, and sense of self-worth, ultimately helping women become leaders in their lives and communities.
