Launch into Leadership:
The Heart of Leadership works 1:1 with clients to support them in the high growth phase of adolescence and young adulthood. Heart of Leadership 1:1 coaching clients work directly with Stephanie in a safe, supportive coaching environment. 1:1 coaching is done in person for local clients and over the phone or Skype for clients outside of San Diego.
We specialize in working with young women who may be experiencing challenges in their transitions, including issues with self-esteem and confidence, body image, relationships, bullying, being under too much pressure, boys, and feeling the need to be “perfect.”
We also work with clients who are already leaders in their communities. They have a desire to understand themselves better and to cultivate more confidence, and we support leaders in creating community service projects in their communities, among other interest-based, fulfilling, and confidence-building collaborations.
The Heart of Leadership coaching model focuses on developing the client’s understanding of herself, her values, her desires, and her passions.
Through 1:1 coaching, she can discover:
* Increased confidence, self-esteem, and self-love
* More peace with her body
* A deeper connection to her own inner guidance, which will support her in everything from making decisions about extracurricular activities to where she wants to go to college
* More fulfilling relationships with friends, peers, parents, teachers and coaches
